As part of the service we provide to our commercial customers we offer an uplift and disposal of existing flooring prior to installation of any new flooring therefore ensuring the process runs smoothly for our clients.

Supply & Fitting

As well as offering a supply only service we can take the hassle out of finding and organising a competent fitter and provide a supply and fit service where we only use fitters we know carry out their work to the highest standards.

Residential Fitters

All our residential carpet fitters who carry out work on our Turnkey Developments have many years’ experience, are professional and fully trained in site health & safety requirements.

Commercial Fitters

All our commercial fitters have many years’ experience, are fully insured and trained in site health & safety requirements.

Floor Preparation & Levelling

Following the customers initial enquiry regarding their new flooring we will provide a no-obligation, free of charge site inspection, measurement and quotation service, during which we are able to assess the condition of the existing subfloor and determine if it will require any preparation prior to the installation of any new flooring. Often after an uplift of existing flooring the subfloor can be left uneven or “rough” and may require a coat of self-levelling compound to provide a suitable substrate to receive new flooring.

Good preparation of a subfloor will not only ensure your new flooring looks great, but can also be key to the longevity of the new flooring.

For our subfloor preparation we have chosen to work with FBall & Co Ltd and Mapei following many trials and tests on various projects.
